please look into your payment setup, i get an error trying to buy which states that it is not fully setup

hey, the files seem to be missing the tiles for the solid terrain like grasslands and pure sea tiles
I am at school. I only can work weekend sometime can't work. But I will fix it soon.

I add license text to file.I will be happy if you send the tutorial and credit me.
